You are not buying a Rx Count RX4 Counter, this is a repair service only.

We are a certified Biomedical Engineering company located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Biomedical Engineering State License V-1726. 

After you purchase the service ticket, an automated shipping label will be send to your email to send the equipment to us. If you don't have the original box to ship it, we will send you one.

After the evaluation we will provide you a report with the parts necessary and the cost to perform the repair.

Good to know:

• This fee goes toward the repair cost.
• The repair have 6 months warranty.
• Biomedical PM label is included. 
• All task are performed following the manufacturer specs.
• Our company have a professional license as Biomedical Engineer
• If you decided to NOT repair it and you used the shipping label you will have to pay for the shipping back or vice versa.
• Please pack well the device to avoid any shipping damages.
