After you purchase the service reservation, ship us your unit to the address we will provide you by email. Everything is include in the service including a full checking and diagnostic. After the evaluation we let you know the parts necessary and the cost to perform the repair if proceed.
The repair have 3 months warranty and free shipping. Biomedical service label is included. If the equipment can not be fixed, we will refund you the payment.
